{"id":5991,"date":"2020-11-09T09:31:19","date_gmt":"2020-11-09T09:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/paradis-guitars.com\/shop\/?post_type=product&#038;p=5991"},"modified":"2025-12-28T19:05:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-28T19:05:51","slug":"13pin-13pin-cable-5m-angled","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/paradis-guitars.com\/shop\/product\/13pin-13pin-cable-5m-angled\/","title":{"rendered":"DIN 13pin &#8211; DIN 13pin cable 5m angled"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>this cable serves to connect two Roland GK2 or GK3 compatible products, for example a Spuler Paradis guitar or a Godin Multiac SA or a Polybass equipped guitar with a Roland guitar synth or a StringPort or a Spicetone 6appeal.<\/p>\n<p>the connectors are smarter in that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on one side, the connector is 90 degrees angled<\/li>\n<li>the shielding ring is made from one piece, so it does not bend as easily as the original<\/li>\n<li>all contacts and the ring are gold plated which especially avoids the ground contact problem the original has<\/li>\n<li>it does not have a hook (lock) which in our experience is more practical and safer: once someone stumbles over the cable, they do not tear the guitar to ground or damage the connector! the force is similar to a standard 1\/4&#8243; connector so if you do not have a problem with the jack falling out of the guitar you will not have a problem with this cable either.<\/li>\n<li>its plastic is a bit thinker and sturdier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE:<br \/>\nunfortunately the Roland GK-3 pickup is very tight and does no receive the connector as it is. a knife can solve the problem.
