FingerWheel board for Sound Hole

this is a very new idea:
instead of the usual horizontal thumbwheels in the sound hole, we propose to use them vertical, so we can place up to 6 in parallel (instead of 2 in a row as Schatten and their followers do)

the movement in-out instead of left-right is rather more intuitive.

and the disadvantages are the same:
– these thumb wheel potentiometers are not sealed and ordinary carbon, so our conductive plastic potentiometers are superior
– the actual position is not visible. you can mark with color dots (not very visible either) or sculpting some forms on the wheel or remember the travel on your finger and turn back to zero each time
