This is the last steel string instrument made by Rolf Spuler

This steel stringed instrument was built by Rolf in 2010. the wood is called sipo and often confused with mahogany.

for some reason, Rolf did not want to sell this instrument and thus he did not sign it. its neck is 2mm thiner than standard, we do not know why, but its nice to play! the output jack hole is corrected and will never look quite perfect (see picture). we upgraded to the latest electronics and replaced the original body piezo with our latest version. another piezo was glued into the body (see picture) for a test.

all in all we can say its neither used nor new, its a more than perfectly working and rare instrument!
